Synopsis: PHZ100-190245- 331 AM HST Sun Feb 18 2018 .Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters... A surface trough near Oahu will continue moving slowly westward through Monday. Unstable atmospheric conditions combined with pockets of enhanced moisture will produce thunderstorms and locally heavy downpours across most Hawaiian waters during the next couple of days. The surface trough will remain west of the islands from Tuesday through mid-week. In addition surface high pressure will build far northeast of the region later this week. $$
